Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. 

Note: Business days are M-F, excluding major holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing time may increase.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

*Please be certain to include a FULL NAME with your order, and verify all address components before sending order to ensure most timely delivery.  Orders without full names or with incorrect addresses may be delayed or undeliverable.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Upon completion of your order, you will receive order confirmation.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Outshine Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Outshine Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Outshine Co does not currently have the capacity to ship internationally, or to areas outside of the contiguous 48 states of the U.S.
