Here's the deal… We hate buying cute stuff and it ends up not being what you're looking for. So we encourage you to return or exchange if your item isn't right!
Return unused, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise within 15 days of your purchase. To begin a return, please reach out to us at email@example.com. Include your order number, item purchased and photos of the damage, if that applies.
If the item is not damaged/defective, customer will be responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to a shipping error.
All return requests must be received within the 15 day window (from the date of your package delivery to the date of your refund request), except for purchases between November 15th- December 25th, 2021. All purchases during that timeframe will have until January 15th, 2022 to return.
Exchanges: First, simply purchase the item you are wanting in a new order (before it sells out!). Then, send your unwanted item back within 15 days to receive a full refund.
Damages: Any damaged items need to be reported within the 15 day return window to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. All USPS tracking inquiries should be directed to USPS customer service.
